(5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> (6) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the <br /> Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way <br /> aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h]) <br /> f. LIGHTING: If the parking area is to be used at night, lighting shall be provided and comply <br /> with the following: <br /> (1) All off street parking areas shall be provided with lighting which meets the minimum <br /> standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5(g)of the County Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) <br /> g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic <br /> and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. Trees shall be planted and evenly spaced <br /> throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> (4) Nine (9)trees shall be required. One tree is required for each five (5) parking stalls, <br /> or portion thereof. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5[b]) <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. <br /> Screening shall be six(6)to seven m feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted <br /> in front yards, street side yawls, or in front of main buildings.
