(DISTRICT 2). <br /> APPLICANT: Glenn and B. Bramlett APN: 117-070-51 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. In addition,the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. <br /> The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone(415)923-7186. The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Wilson Way has an existing right-of-way width of 100 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 100 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. A six and one-half foot(6.5')wide concrete sidewalk shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with San Joaquin County standards along Wilson Way. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. A $260.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title <br />
