Mr. Taylor indicated a sump located in the residence basement
discharges to the septic system as needed. Mr. Taylor indicated a former breakroom / kitchen
building and detached restroom building, which are no longer in use, are connected to the existing
septic system. At the issuance of the SSCR, no concerns relative to the existing septic system
were reported.
1.3.2 Site Specific Permit History
Two well permits were available in the online records for the site address. Permit No. 73-151 was
issued for a new irrigation well in 1973. Permit No. 87-2883 was issued in 1987 for installation of
a domestic well. It is uncertain if the well is associated with the site as the corresponding site
diagram indicated the location of the well near Tully Road, which is northeast of the site. The
documents associated with both permits are included in Appendix C.
1.3.3 Discussion of On-Site Septic Tank Repair
No septic permits were found for the site address.
Responsive■ Resourceful ■ Reliable 5
