Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study Irerracon <br /> Gribaudo Property ■Acampo, CA <br /> November 12, 2019 ■ Terracon Project No. NA197081 <br /> According to the United States Geological Survey(USGS) Lockeford California Quadrangle dated <br /> 1993, the elevation of the site is approximately 90 feet above mean sea level with a topographic <br /> gradient generally sloping towards the west. <br /> 1.1.2 Proposed Development <br /> According to a tentative parcel map provided by Mr. Vlach, the site boundaries are proposed to <br /> be re-aligned into a 2.0-acre home site (Parcel 1 —APN 017-260-31) and 36.62-acre agricultural <br /> land (Parcel 2 —APN 017-260-30). The existing residential and agricultural land use will remain <br /> the same. <br /> 1.1.3 Site Vicinity �- P (►z a ,y .t <br /> Peltier Road abuts the site followed by residences and agricultural land (10675 and 10707 Peltier <br /> Road to the north, 22633 N. Samra Hayer Lane to the northeast, and 22595 N. Sowles Road to <br /> the northwest). The adjoining eastern property consists of a grape vineyard (10950 E. Peltier <br /> Road). The adjoining southern property consists of a grape vineyard and residence (22000 N. <br /> Sowles Road). The adjoining western property consists of a grape vineyard (10050 E. Peltier <br /> Road).
