1.0 INTRODUCTION Technical Studies, Inc. (TEST) has prepared this Soil Suitability Study Report for the property located 12828 N. Sacramento Road, Lodi, California 95240 on behalf of Mr. Ta Khan president California Islamic Center (owner), for submittal to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). Most of the site information (required in Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist) are presented in the Nitrate Loading Study (NLS)prep ed by James D Robinson, PE, CEG. This report includes remaining information includ' g groundwater analytical test results and percolation test results. The purpose of the soil suitability study report is to evaluate the quality of grou idwater and soil beneath the California Islamic Center site in accordance with San Joaquin Cour ty requirements. The scope of work was completed according to the San Joaquin Cour ty, Community Development Department "Conditions Of Approval" use permit application I lo. PA-0800259 (APN: 058-070-23) dated May 27, 2009. In accordance with use permit aplication, site is approved for 10,200 square foot building for a neighborhood church for a m imum capacity 249 people. Existing structures, one well, septic system of single family home, tress, site to?o are presented in(Appendix A)"Site Map". 2.0 BACKGROUND The site is agricultural land located in zoning AG-40, and is currently used fora field crops and a residence. The land is designated as San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel nun ber 058-070-23. Currently, there is a single family home west of property along lower SE cramento Road. Remaining approximately 17 acres located on east of proposed project are in agricultural land use for field crops.The proposed project would be located on north-west corner Df property. Past use of this land is described in attached NLS report. 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK US GES 3.1 DESCRIPTION OF EXISTING ON-SITE TANK USAGE Existing on-site 40 linear feet leach line and 6 cubic yard sump is located at 1 0 feet on south- west of proposed building. San Joaquin County record does not reveal w ten system was installed, however permit no. 82-305 indicates a repair was conducted on June 18, 1982. Currently,this system is served for a single family home. A copy of County Li id Waste permit is in included Appendix B. 3.2 SITE SEPTIC PERK UT HISTORY San Joaquin County record reveals that a septic tank system was repaired o June 18, 1982. County record also show a well located approximately 2,500 if on west of N. wer Sacramento Road was destructed on March 16, 2009. A copy of County Liquid Waste pen nit is in included Appendix B.
