Record does not reve4 d any history of <br /> installation of septic system(See Appendix B). <br /> 3.4 DESCRIPTION OF EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN GENERA L AREA <br /> Existing septic tank system includes 6 cubic yard sump and 40 linear feet leact line, which are <br /> 18 years old, were installed on June 18, 1982. <br /> 3.5 GENERAL AREA SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> San Joaquin County records reveal the existing septic system was repaired in accordance with <br /> permit 82-305 dated June 9, 1982. This permit was issued by San Joaquin Local Health District. <br /> Permit was for the installation of leaching field, repair and sump installation. Zecord does not <br /> reveal any history of installation of septic system(See Appendix B). <br /> 3.6 DESCRIPTION OF GENERAL AREAS SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HI iTORY <br /> An Environmental Health (liquid waste) repair permit no 82-305 was issued by San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District on June 9, 1982. Repair was made by abandoning existir g leach line and <br /> installing 6 cubic yard sump and 40 linear feet leach line. <br /> 3.7 DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED MAXIMUM SEPTIC USAGE <br /> Proposed septic tank usage is presented in the Nitrate Loading Study (NLS) pr-.pared by James <br /> D Robinson,PE, CEG. This report is included in this report at the end. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER ANALYTICAL TEST RES TS <br /> 4.1 GROUNDWATER SAMPLE COLLECTION <br /> TEST conducted groundwater sampling activities at 12828 Lower Sacramen Road, Lodi on <br /> July 12, 2010 and July 20, 2010. During this visit, two sets of groundwawr samples were <br /> collected from the faucet of the domestic well. Each set contain three (3) 40-t iilliliter vials for <br /> DBCP testing. <br /> Decontamination procedures include a thorough washing of the bailer using a Otable water and <br /> non-phosphate detergent (i.e., Alconox) wash with a double rinse using labc ratory grade de- <br /> ionized water. <br /> Water from tap was filled in bailer to avoid splashing of water from tap. The 0-milliliter vials <br /> were filled using the flow control valve on the bottom of the disposable polye leve bailer. The <br /> glass vials were labeled, placed in iced storage and delivered to KIFF Analytic LLC, a State of <br /> California certified analytical laboratory.
