Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study Irerracon <br /> Buddhist Temple Proposed Dormitory ■ Stockton, California <br /> July 11, 2019 ■ Terracon Project No. NA177056 <br /> According to the San Joaquin County District Viewer the site is currently zoned AG-40. According <br /> to the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Terminous (1997) and Lodi South (1976) <br /> California Quadrangle topographic maps, the elevation of the site is between approximately 10 to <br /> 15 feet above mean sea level with a topographic gradient generally sloping towards the west. <br /> The adjoining land is relatively flat. <br /> 1.1.2 Proposed Development <br /> Based on a review of the SJC letter of conditions, the site is proposed to be developed with a <br /> 4,183 square foot (SF) dormitory building, two 400 SF storage containers, and three temporary <br /> tents totaling 4,420 SF. Based on a review of the information provided by Mr. Miraflor, the <br /> proposed 4,183 SF dormitory building will consist of twelve bedrooms, seven restrooms, kitchen, <br /> dining room, and fellowship hall. <br /> 1.1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> Properties to the adjoining north and west consist of a agricultural land/grape vineyard (11249 N. <br /> Thornton Road). Thornton Road abuts the site to the east followed by agricultural land/row crops <br /> to the east (address unknown)and southeast (11213 N. Davis Road). Properties to the adjoining <br /> south consist of agricultural land/vineyard and building (3749 E. Eight Mile Road).
