After the 12 bedroom dormitory is constructed, <br /> the existing 5 bedroom residence will be used primarily for storage and the existing kitchen and <br /> restroom will be used for special events or as needed. The current 5 bedroom residence septic <br /> tank usage is 350 gallons per day (gpd) (5 people x 70 gallons per person per day). <br /> Existing Commercial Use <br /> Approximately five people visit the assembly hall daily.
