COMPLAINANTAND HUSBAND BECAME ILLAROUND 1-2 AM WITH <br /> VOMITING AND DIARRHEA. CHILD BECAME ILL WITH SAME SYMPTOMS AROUND 12:00 AM. COMPLAINANTAND <br /> CHILD ATE PEPPERONI PIZZAAND CHICKEN WINGS, HUSBAND ATE PIZZA, CHICKEN WINGS AND BREAD <br /> STICKS. ALL THREE STILL ILL AT THE TIME OF COMPLAINT. DID NOT SEE DR OR SPEAK WITH ANYONE AT <br /> FACILITY. CALL BACKAFTER INSPECTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #29 Toxic Substances Properly Identified/Stored/Used <br /> OBSERVATIONS:There are some bottles, cleaning solutions, without labels. Label bottles with the name of the <br /> chemica Vproduct. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All poisonous substances, detergents, bleaches, and cleaning compounds shall be stored separate from food, <br /> utensils, packing material and food-contact surfaces.(114254, 114254.1, 114254.2) <br /> #36 Equipment/Utensils/Linens: Proper Storage/ Use <br /> OBSERVATIONS:There are some containers being stored on the prep sink. Maintain prep sink free of anything that is not <br /> preparation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from <br /> food and food-contact surfaces.(114185.3- 114185.4) Utensils and equipment shall be handled and stored so as to be protected from <br /> contamination. Clean by today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
