In addition,Phase 2 proposes to <br /> convert an existing 1,445 square foot house to an office; located on the south side of East <br /> Loomis Road, 1,066 feet west of 99 West Frontage Road,Stockton.(Supervisorial District 1) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Tarsem Singh APPLICANT: Jatinder Singh <br /> ADDRESS: 2940 E. Loomis Road, Stockton APN: 179-100-06 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area <br /> designated as Zone AE and X. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 27-feet NAVD 1988. <br /> The site is within the Phase 2 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES). <br /> Loomis Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet(20 feet south of centerline) and a planned right-of- <br /> way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.
