SITE HISTORY <br /> • On May 26, 1984, a 1000-gallon gasoline tank, a 550-gallon Stoddard (petroleum) solvent tank, and a 550-gallon diesel tank <br /> were removed from a common excavation by American Environmental Management Corporation. <br /> • The tank excavation was subsequently backfilled. <br /> • Native soil was impacted with total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) as diesel and chlorinated organic compounds. <br /> -Cf <br /> SITE ASSESSMENT PHASE <br /> • Three soil borings drilled to 30 feet (R-1, R-2, and R-3) by Stauffer in 1987. <br /> • Three monitoring wells (MW-1 to 63 feet, MW-2 to 64.5 feet, and MW-3 to 65 feet) installed by Roy F. Weston, Inc. in <br /> October 1988. <br /> • One soil boring (B-1 to 81.5 feet) drilled and one monitoring well (MW-4 to 95 feet) installed by BSK & Associates (BSK), <br /> iwOctober-1992:` _ _. _. _ C" <br /> • Four soil borings (B-101 to 75 feet, B-102 to 75 feet, B-103 to 75.5 feet, and B-104 to 75 feet) drilled by BSK in. February <br /> 1993. <br /> Two monitoring wells (MW-5 to 90 feet and MW-6 to 89 feet) installed by BSK in December 1993. <br /> • Two soil borings (SB-1 and SB-2 to 64.5 feet) drilled by IT in August 1995 to update site conditions. <br /> • Quarterly groundwater monitoring since October 1992. <br />
