Main Street <br /> Stockton, California 95202-3029 <br /> SUBJECT: Hazardous Waste Generator Program Inspection <br /> Shore Terminals, LLC (EPA ID CAT000617514) <br /> 2941 Navy Drive <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Mr. von Flue: <br /> Pursuant to the inspection performed by you on April 15, 2008, at the Shore Terminals, <br /> LLC facility located at 2941 Navy Drive in Stockton, please find enclosed the following: <br /> • A completed and certified Return to Compliance Certification <br /> • ITEM #10—Analytical data for drums of waste <br /> • ITEM #27—TSDF signed off manifest copies for two loads shipped on October <br /> 26, 2006 (HWM 0001299018JJK& 0001299019JJK); two loads shipped on <br /> January 25, 2007 (HWM 001299037JJK& 001299038JJK); and one load shipped <br /> on August 6, 2007 (HWM 000231902JJK) <br /> • ITEM#39—Copies of profiles used and waste analysis records from 2005 <br /> through the present <br /> • ITEM#41—A copy of the Biennial Report submitted this year <br /> • ITEM#45—Copies of updated pages from the Contingency Plan <br /> ITEM #10 <br /> A review of the analytical data for the drum of waste indicates that the drum identified as <br /> 2908311 (truck rack sweepings) is non-hazardous. <br /> Analytical data for the drum of waste does not indicate that the drum identified as <br /> 2908312 (fertilizer tank bottoms &soil) trips federal hazardous waste criteria, however, it <br /> had not definitively been determined if it would fail California hazardous waste criteria. <br /> Therefore, I recommend it continue to be managed as a California hazardous waste and <br /> ultimately be disposed of as a non-RCRA hazardous waste. <br /> Shore Terminals LLC <br /> 90 San Pablo Avenue, Crockett, CA 94525 <br /> Phone 510.787.1076 Fax 510.787.1205 <br />
