ITEM #27 <br /> Copies of signed off manifest copies will be tracked to ensure they have been received <br /> within 35 days of shipment. If they have not been received, the transporter and/or <br /> receiving facility will be contacted to determine the status or location of the waste. If a <br /> signed copy has not been received within 45 days, an Exception Report will be submitted. <br /> ITEM #39 <br /> Copies of profiles and associated analytical data are included for wastes shipped since <br /> January 2005. A number of profiles were unavailable (e.g., Romic [1 profile; no longer <br /> in business], DeMenno Kerdoon [3 profiles; do not keep inactive profiles], and River <br /> Bank Oil Transfer [one profile; they do not generate profiles, although analyses are <br /> performed prior to oil reclamation]).
