Each party hereby warrants and represents that before executing this t <br /> instrument, such party has fully informed himself/herself of its terms, contents, and conditions, <br /> that no promise or representation of any kind has been made to it by any other person or by <br /> anyone acting for such person except as it is expressly stated in this instrument, and each has <br /> relied solely and completely upon its own judgment and that each has had the opportunity to seek <br /> and receive the advice of its legal counsel before entering into this Agreement. <br /> 10. Expenses. Licensee shall be solely responsible for payment of all costs and <br /> expenses in connection with the Operations conducted by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> Neither Party waives any claims for contribution or indemnity against the other party pursuant to <br /> any other agreement between the Parties. <br /> 11.
