It <br /> is to address the following comments and recommendations: <br /> A. Residual contaminants remaining in the soil exceed <br /> allowable levels according to the "General Risk Appraisal <br /> for Protection of Water Quality" found within the LUFT <br /> field manual. <br /> B. Excavated material from the original tank removal has not <br /> been addressed. Submit documentation to show the <br /> location of this contaminated soil. <br /> C.
