As mentioned in the Problem Assessment Report; the original <br /> concern at this site following the tank removal was organic lead <br /> concentrations, and organic lead was non-detectable in even the <br /> most contaminated samples analyzed. Data collected to date <br /> indicates that this site does not warrant any further investiga- <br /> tion; however, it is Chevron U.S.A. policy to address any reason- <br /> able regulatory request and to cooperate with regulatory agencies <br /> whenever possible.
