I have ..removed and had tested numerous soil samples <br /> at various sites recently, including under a gasoline tank <br /> in Coalinga, a closed landfill in Woodland, a pesticide <br /> disposal waste disposal pond at an aerial applicator site <br /> in Five Points -and at an abandoned property in LeGrand; <br /> all of these in the last year and one half . <br /> 5 . 1 have recently completed an air and water SWAT for <br /> a sugar beet factory in the Central Valley. I also am <br /> completing a site assessment of ,a fertilizer distribution <br /> facility in the Salinas Va1Ley . <br /> 6 . With 14 years with the Water Quality Control Board, <br /> I had the opportunity to learn and now advise clients on; <br /> the federal Clean Water Act , Safe Drinking Water Act , RCRA, <br /> CERCLA, SARA, etc , as well as their State counterparts <br /> F <br /> including; Porter-Cologne, TPCA,': the Health and Safety Code; <br /> and the State OCR's like Subchapter ' s 15 and 16. <br /> As a result of my experience and qualifications I am registered <br /> as an "environmental assessor" in the State of California. <br /> F <br /> Sargeant J.
