NO employees will be allowed back into their building until the Evacuation <br /> Coordinator, Facility Manager or Senior Fire Official gives the "ALL CLEAR". <br /> In the event of a Tornado: <br /> Upon notification of Tornado activity in the local area, Supervisors will <br /> have employees brought in from all areas to their respective buildings. <br /> The employees will be directed to take safe refuge within the buildings. <br /> NO employees may leave the building until "ALL CLEAR" is given. <br /> The following areas are designated as shelters: <br /> Building A: The Men and Women's restrooms in the hallway between <br /> AFC and Human Resources <br /> Building B: The Women's restroom directly adjacent the break room <br /> Building C: The lower portion of the building, the Inspection Pit <br /> Building D: The building is split into two refuge areas. For employees in <br /> the paint shop, rub shop and body shop, the refuge in the <br /> restrooms between the body and rub shops. For those in the <br /> mechanic's shop, the office area and the detail lanes, the <br /> refuge area is the restroom and locker area directly adjacent <br /> the break room <br /> If the danger is immediate, any one of the above mentioned refuge areas <br /> can be utilized by any employees out on the lot. <br /> Do the sudden nature of a Tornado; the accounting for employees should take <br /> place after the "ALL CLEAR" is given. <br /> In the event of a Bomb Threat: <br /> If notified of a Bomb Threat, the building in question will be evacuated and <br /> the Employees should move at least 150 feet or more from the building. <br /> Upon arrival of the Bomb Squad, employees may be moved to other <br /> buildings for safe refuge. NO employee will leave their assigned area until <br /> the Bomb Squad gives the "ALL CLEAR" <br /> If a suspicious item is seen where employees are working, LEAVE THE <br /> ITEM in place and notify your supervisor or manager. <br /> Earthquake Procedures: <br /> In the event of an Earthquake occurs during normal work hours do the following: <br /> 10 <br />
