Responsible Persons Duties <br /> Critical Facility Operations Personnel <br /> The company General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Safety <br /> Manager, Security Manager, Department Managers and Supervisor of the <br /> building being evacuated are employees to remain behind during <br /> evacuations to care for any critical operations, If Necessary. <br /> A sufficient number of employee's have been designated and trained to <br /> assist in the safe and orderly emergency evacuation for all types of <br /> emergency situations. The list of all employees trained includes at least <br /> one employee from every department for each shift. These employees are <br /> to help direct all employees during emergency evacuations serve as <br /> source of information about procedures and conduct a head count once <br /> an evacuation has been completed <br /> Emergency Plan: <br /> In case of a major disaster, the following procedures should be adhered to. <br /> A. Evacuation Coordinator will establish radio contact with the Directors of <br /> building in question via hand portable radio. The Coordinator or their <br /> alternate will sound the alarm and notify the proper authorities. <br /> B. Building Directors will supervise the evacuation of their building to the <br /> Predetermined location. (See Emergency Evacuation or respective <br /> Building) <br /> C. Building Directors/Alternate Building Directors or their assigned <br /> designee will assist any handicap/physically challenged <br /> employees/visitors in exiting the building. <br /> D A roll call/head count will be taken as quickly as possible to account for <br /> all personnel. <br /> E. Senior Company official present and/or Evacuation Coordinator will <br /> supervise evacuation of the arena if evacuation occurs during a sales <br /> event. <br /> F. Evacuation Coordinator and Directors will maintain radio contact and <br /> assist Emergency personnel/vehicles as required. <br /> 16 <br />
