Cecchini Trucking Company Inc. <br />SPCC Plan <br />April 2020 <br />Page 23 of 63 <br />2.3 Facility Map <br />A facility map and diagram (Figure 2) shows the general layout of the Cecchini <br />Trucking facility and the storage tank locations. <br />2.4 Designated Person <br />The designated person is the owner, Jason Cecchini. The alternate designated <br />person is Tony Ketner. Emergency contact information for the designated <br />persons is included on the front "Red Page" and in the following section. <br />2.5 Emergency Coordinators <br />Business Phone: (209) 339-0636 <br />Jason Cecchini, Cell Phone: (209) 403-2262 (DESIGNATED PERSON) <br />Tony Ketner, Cell Phone: (209) 481-4001 (ALTERNATE DESIGNATED PERSON) <br />2.6 Available Spill Cleanup Equipment <br />The facility is equipped with spill cleanup kit in the maintenance shop area <br />consisting of a bucket containing absorbent material and booms capable of <br />containing and cleaning up approximately 50 -gallons of spillage. One spill kit is <br />stored at the 12,000 -gallon diesel tank located adjacent to the fuel dispensing <br />card reader. <br />A list of spill cleanup equipment and spill contractors is contained in Appendix <br />A. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for diesel, and other chemicals used or stored at <br />the facility and are available for review in the office. <br />2.7 Spill History <br />There have been no reportable spills of oil to the ground or into storm water <br />conveyances at the facility. <br />2.8 Spill Notification and Documentation Requirements <br />If a reportable spill were to occur, follow the steps listed on the EMERGENCY <br />PROCEDURES page and make the notifications listed on the EMERGENCY <br />CONTACTS page. Both pages are in the front of this binder. <br />
