Cecchini Trucking Company Inc.
SPCC Plan
April 2020
Any spillage will be cleaned up immediately. For larger spills Cecchini Trucking
will contact the spill contractor to cleanup and remove the spilled material.
There is no secondary containment for this container, however the facility will
consider obtaining a spill pallet for future use which will hold the entire contents of
the tank if a puncture occurs.
Bulk Oil Storage Area in Maintenance Shop
Table 5 — Bulk Oil Storage in Maintenance Shop
4.2 Other Oil Containers
Truck Yard — 55 -gallon drums are stored in the truck yard area in various locations. Each
drum is properly labeled. All drums have their own individual spill pallets which are large
enough to hold the entire contents of the drum and are covered with a tarp to prevent
rainwater from filling the secondary containment space. All 55 -gallon drums are inspected
according to STI SP001 Inspection Checklist (Monthly & Annual); refer to Appendix C in this
Plan. The STI Inspection Forms are kept at the facility.
