Standard Client Working Relationship BioLogic's services can be contracted in any number of ways, depending on the desires and individual needs of a client. The typical sequence of events begins with a no-cost initial re- view of site information, followed by a cost proposal, recommendations, and options of data necessary to fulfill specific objectives. Following acceptance of the proposal, the client col- lects samples for microbiological criteria concurrent, and in similar mannerisms, as environ- , . mental (i.e., TPH) sampling and analyses. Samples are then submitted to BioLogic and/or other designated laboratories (depending on tests) for analyses. Upon completing the tests, BioLogic provides a report presenting test descriptions, results, brief discussion, interpreta- tions, and, where appropriate, recommendations. Depending on the nature of the project, the objectives of the client and an individuals knowl- edge of the bioremedial process, BioLogic can present proposals for specific tasks or be retained on an hourly basis (via consulting agreement) to encompass any number of services. Generally, based on.the results and the recommended needs of the project, these services may simply include general biotechnical guidance, to recommendations of additional data which may be necessary, design and testing for bioprocess long term monitoring (LTM) and/or providing the information necessary to attain site closure. Biologic does not regard any site as L a research project, but rather, only address and evaluate those factors which are directly relevant and necessary to move a project forward to implementation stage. Our objective is to provide logical yet technically sound solutions in achieving project compliance require- ments—all while working within the confines of our client's regulatory, procedural and budgetary guidelines. Standard microbiological evaluations can be used to provide a wealth of information for vir- tually any site activity, in more ways than most are even aware.
