(GTI), to describe the proposed investigation. <br /> In addition, as requested in the August 30, 1991 letter, I have made arrangements with Chevron's <br /> consultant,Alton Geoscience, for groundwater monitoring to occur in the Fall of 1991 and again in <br /> . the Spring of 1992.
