The <br /> Central Valley Regional Water quality Control'Board (CVRWQCB) has also.reviewed the.report. The <br /> CVRWQCB comments are enclosed for your information. <br /> PHS/EHD has considered your request for closi rewhich accompanied the quarterly report. Neither <br /> PHS/EHD nor CVRWQCB recommend that the site be closed at this time. A minimum of two rounds of <br /> quarterly sampling, under inspectionare requested, one`in the Fall of 1991 and one in the Spring of 1992. <br /> Furthermore,a soil contamination work plan for the fornier tank pit area is also requested. Submit the work <br /> pian and permit application for the additional soil investigation within 30 days from the date of this letter. <br /> i <br /> Please be informed that PHS/EHD did not receive notice of the last sampling event and hence was unable <br /> to observe sample techniques.
