The <br /> Central Valley.Regional Water quality Control Board ,(CVRWQCB) has also reviewed the report. The <br /> CVRWQCB comments are enclosed for your information. <br /> PHS/EHD has,considered your request for :closure which accompanied,the quarterly report. Neither <br /> PHS/EHD nor CVRWQCB recommend that the site be closed at this time. A minimum of two rounds of <br /> quarterly sampling, under inspection are requested, one in the Fall of 1991 and one in the Spring of 1992. <br /> Furthermore,a soil contamination workplan for the former tank pit area is also requested. Submit the work <br /> plan and permit application for the additional soil investigation within 30 days frbm the date of this letter. <br /> Please be informed that PHS/EF-ID did not receive notice of the last sampling event and hence was unable <br /> to observe sample techniques.
