I REPAIR activities in the County of San Joaquin and elsewhere in the State of California. <br /> 2 3. Defendants with actual or constructive knowledge of this injunction, only in so far as <br /> 3 they are doing business in the State of California, in the course of defendant's TRAILER REPAIR <br /> 4 activities, are pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 25516 hereby permanently enjoined from: <br /> 5 a) Violation of§§ 25503.5 and 25505 of the California Health and Safety Code by failing to <br /> 6 file timely and comprehensive Hazardous Materials Management Plans with the County Office of <br /> 7 Emergency Services for the business located at 7201 S. MC KINLEY AVE., FRENCH CAMP, <br /> 8 CALIFORNIA. <br /> 9 4. Defendants with actual or constructive knowledge of this injunction, only in so far as <br /> 10 they are doing business in the State of California, in the course of defendant's TRAILER REPAIR <br /> 11 activities, are pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 17204 hereby permanently enjoined <br /> 12 from: <br /> 13 a) Violation of§§ 25503.5 and 25505 of the California Health and Safety Code by failing to <br /> 14 file timely and comprehensive Hazardous Materials Management Plans with the County Office of <br /> 15 Emergency Services for the business located at 7201 S. MC KINLEY AVE., FRENCH CAMP, <br /> 16 CALIFORNIA. <br /> 17 5. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS <br /> 18 ($405.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq.. <br /> 19 Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and <br /> 20 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions <br /> 21 Unit, on or before July 1, 2002. <br /> 22 6. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of SIX HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS <br /> 23 ($605.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Health& Safety Code §§ 25514 and 25515.2. Said <br /> 24 payment shall be due and payable to the following in accordance with Health and Safety Code §§ <br /> 25 25514 and 25515.2: <br /> 26 San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney$202.50, on or before May 1, 2002 <br /> 27 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services $202.50, on or before May 1, 2002 <br /> 28 2. <br />
