I REPAIR activities in the County of San Joaquin and elsewhere in the State of California. 2 3. Defendants with actual or constructive knowledge of this injunction, only in so far as 3 they are doing business in the State of California, in the course of defendant's TRAILER REPAIR 4 activities, are pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 25516 hereby permanently enjoined from: 5 a) Violation of§§ 25503.5 and 25505 of the California Health and Safety Code by failing to 6 file timely and comprehensive Hazardous Materials Management Plans with the County Office of 7 Emergency Services for the business located at 7201 S. MC KINLEY AVE., FRENCH CAMP, 8 CALIFORNIA. 9 4. Defendants with actual or constructive knowledge of this injunction, only in so far as 10 they are doing business in the State of California, in the course of defendant's TRAILER REPAIR 11 activities, are pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 17204 hereby permanently enjoined 12 from: 13 a) Violation of§§ 25503.5 and 25505 of the California Health and Safety Code by failing to 14 file timely and comprehensive Hazardous Materials Management Plans with the County Office of 15 Emergency Services for the business located at 7201 S. MC KINLEY AVE., FRENCH CAMP, 16 CALIFORNIA. 17 5. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS 18 ($405.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq.. 19 Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and 20 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions 21 Unit, on or before July 1, 2002. 22 6. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of SIX HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS 23 ($605.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Health& Safety Code §§ 25514 and 25515.2. Said 24 payment shall be due and payable to the following in accordance with Health and Safety Code §§ 25 25514 and 25515.2: 26 San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney$202.50, on or before May 1, 2002 27 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services $202.50, on or before May 1, 2002 28 2.
