I Hazardous Material and Waste Enforcement Training <br /> 2 Fund $200.00, on or before March 1, 2002 <br /> 3 Said payments shall be delivered to the Office of the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br /> 4 Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit. <br /> 5 7. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00), <br /> 6 for cost of investigation incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services. Said <br /> 7 payments shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY <br /> 8 SERVICES and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental <br /> 9 Prosecutions Unit, on or before March 1, 2002. <br /> 10 8. Defendants shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of FOUR HUNDRED <br /> 11 DOLLARS ($400.00), for cost of investigation and suit incurred by the San Joaquin County Office <br /> 12 of the District Attorney. Said payment shall be due and payable to and delivered to the San Joaquin <br /> 13 County Office of the District Attorney,Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before January 1, <br /> 14 2002. <br /> 15 9. This judgment shall go into effect immediately upon entry hereof. Entry is authorized <br /> 16 immediately upon filing. <br /> 17 It appearing to the court that the monetary portion of the judgment has been paid, IT IS <br /> 18 FURTHER ORDERED that as to the monetM provisions set forth in paragraph 8, the judgment is <br /> 19 deemed satisfied. <br /> 20 Dated: <br /> MAR 0 5 2002 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 B.W.
