Labels will included the date and time the sample was collected, the
employee number of the individual who performed the sampling and a unique five-
digit sample identification number. The samples will be delivered to the laboratory
with a field blank and trip blank under chain of custody control.
LaboratorX Analysis
Each groundwater sample will be analyzed for the following analytes at the following
quantitation and detection limits as rioted:
Purgeable TPH - Gasoline Mange Hydrocarbons (EPA 8015m/5030):
50 ppb (0.05 ppm)
Extractable TPH - Diesel Range Hydrocarbons (EPA 8015m/LUFl):
50 ppb (0.05 ppm)
TRPH - USEPA Method 47.8.1:
1,000 ppb (1.0 ppm)
BTEX - Semi-Volatile Hydrocarbons (EPA 8020/602)-
0.5 ppb (0.0005 ppm) for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and total xylenes
Total Lead - TTLC (EPA 239.2):
1 ppb (0.001 ppm) detection limit,
5 ppb (0.005 ppm) quantitation limit.
REPORITgG
Upon completion of the field activities and receipt of the analytical results for each sampling
event, a report of findings will be submitted. Each report will include as a minimum:
- a description of the field activities, observations and protocols,
- a summary of all analyses in tabular form and a brief summary of any unusual
conditions encountered during sampling and/or analysis,
- the detection and quantitation levels for each analysis,
- all laboratory data sheets and documentation of QAIQC procedures employed for
Meld and laboratory wady
- a groundwater elevation contour map for the monitoring event with an estimate of
the groundwater gradient direction, and
- conclusions and recommendations based on all historical data acquired.
5
