Groundwater <br /> Monitoring and Rebound Evaluation Report on behalf of Barnes Trucking and Mr. Floyd <br /> Barnes, for the Barnes Trucking Facility located at 1817 South Fresno Avenue, Stockton, <br /> California (subject site), for your review, comments, and direction. This report presents the <br /> results of the groundwater-monitoring activities conducted during the Third Quarter of 2009 . On <br /> April 6, 2009, Clearwater received regulatory correspondence from the San Joaquin <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJEHD) approving a six-month cessation of groundwater- <br /> monitoring and iSOCTm remediation system operations for evaluation of the existence of a <br /> residual source area still present on the subject site (Attachment A) . Per verbal approval by <br /> Lori Duncan of the SJEHD, the iSO `II system was turned off on April 1 , 2009 as part of a <br /> planned groundwater rebound evaluation. <br /> The subject site is located on the western side of South Fresno Avenue approximately one-half <br /> mile south of the intersection of Highway 4 and South Fresno Avenue in the City of Stockton, <br /> San Joaquin County, California (Figure 1). The subject site has been improved with an office, a <br /> garage, and a vehicle storage lot (Figure 2). <br /> A summary (which is periodically updated) of investigation work performed and details <br /> regarding groundwater-monitoring activities performed at the subject site are included in <br /> Attachment B . The well construction details for the network of monitoring, remediation, and <br /> iSOCT`" wells are included as Table 1 . Field activities were performed in accordance with <br /> Clearwater's field protocols included as Attachment C. Groundwater-monitoring and well <br /> purging information was recorded on Clearwater' s Water Level Gauging Forms and <br /> Groundwater Sampling Forms: Low-Flaw, Low-Stress Method, which are included as , <br /> Attachment D .
