Groundwater Monitoring and Rebound Evaluation Report on behalf of Barnes Trucking and Mr. Floyd Barnes, for the Barnes Trucking Facility located at 1817 South Fresno Avenue, Stockton, California (subject site), for your review, comments, and direction. This report presents the results of the groundwater-monitoring activities conducted during the Third Quarter of 2009 . On April 6, 2009, Clearwater received regulatory correspondence from the San Joaquin Environmental Health Department (SJEHD) approving a six-month cessation of groundwater- monitoring and iSOCTm remediation system operations for evaluation of the existence of a residual source area still present on the subject site (Attachment A) . Per verbal approval by Lori Duncan of the SJEHD, the iSO `II system was turned off on April 1 , 2009 as part of a planned groundwater rebound evaluation. The subject site is located on the western side of South Fresno Avenue approximately one-half mile south of the intersection of Highway 4 and South Fresno Avenue in the City of Stockton, San Joaquin County, California (Figure 1). The subject site has been improved with an office, a garage, and a vehicle storage lot (Figure 2). A summary (which is periodically updated) of investigation work performed and details regarding groundwater-monitoring activities performed at the subject site are included in Attachment B . The well construction details for the network of monitoring, remediation, and iSOCT`" wells are included as Table 1 . Field activities were performed in accordance with Clearwater's field protocols included as Attachment C. Groundwater-monitoring and well purging information was recorded on Clearwater' s Water Level Gauging Forms and Groundwater Sampling Forms: Low-Flaw, Low-Stress Method, which are included as , Attachment D .
