As it says on the top of the permit, it is good for one <br /> year from date of issue for the scope of work it covers . This permit covers the wells already installed , the <br /> extraction wells and the injection points. The permit expires next February; after that a new permit would be <br /> required . Not sure where you got the idea it expires in August.
