In a letter dated April 1 , 2009, Clearwater requested a six month cessation of groundwater monitoring <br /> and iSOC remediation system operations for determination of existence of residual source area. <br /> 2. Per verbal approval by L. Duncan of the SJEHD, the iSOC system was turned off on April 1 , 2009. <br /> 3 . A six-month site monitoring and remediation suspension was granted on April 6, 2009. <br /> 4. The First Quarter 2009 (2Q09) Groundwater Monitoring report was uploaded to Geotracker on April <br /> 30, 2009 <br /> Project work anticipated for next reported quarter: <br /> 1 . Groundwater monitoring. and sampling of wells MW-5B, MW-7, MW-8, and AS- 1 . <br /> 2. Groundwater sampling report (3Q09) and status of remediation system cessation submitted after 3rd <br /> quarter monitoring event. <br /> 3. -Return iSOC system--to regular operation. --- <br /> Status of project deliverables: <br /> 1 . 1 " Quarter Groundwater Monitoring Report was submitted on April 30, 2009 <br /> Status and updates of project schedule: <br /> 1 . September 2009 — a. Conduct third quarter groundwater monitoring event <br /> b. Start iSOC system after groundwater monitoring event is completed. <br /> 2 .
