In addition, please tabulate the dissolved oxygen
measurements, including all historical data. In order to analyze the impact of the remediation
there should be data on the dissolved oxygen concentrations in the monitoring wells collected
before the remediation began`Please include a site map that shows the locations of all of the
wells onsite, including the recently installed remediation wells, and correct the 'Site Location
Map' , Figure 1 , to accurately show the location of the site. The submitted Figure 1 has the wrong
street labeled as Charter Way, and shows the location of the site to be not on Fresno Ave.
SJC/EHD expects a report of findings to be submitted which documents the installation of the
remediation wells. and start up of the system , and to get quarterly reports on the system
operation . The report of findings should be submitted no later than 60 days after initiation of the
system .
