Addition of nutrients into the subsurface may be beneficial, but would not be <br /> necessary to initiate the clean-up process. Clearwater will continue its evaluation of the <br /> feasibility for nutrient enhancement, and will not proceed therewith unless the <br /> - -,--appropriate permit is issued by SJC/EHD and approval from your department-is granted. <br /> Clearwater therefore requests your approval to proceed with the installation of the wells <br /> and deployment of the iSOC equipment.
