(209)467-2500 <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00051319 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I met with Denise, the owner of Hudson foods at 3781 N Wilcox Rd, Stockton Ca, 95215. She has a warehouse where she <br /> stores frozen and refrigerated product to service the vending machines she has. Her business is inspected by Department of <br /> Rehabilitation Business Enterprise Program. Larry fowlks is the Business Enterprise Consultant. He inspects the warehouse <br /> the 3 sites where Denise has vending machines. He inspects for overall maintenance of the facilities and food for safety. This <br /> department owns the equipment. Denise has one Traulsen freezer, 2 Traulsen refrigerators, and 2 frigidair chest freezers, <br /> insulated boxes for transporting food. All refrigeration is below 41 F. The restroom has hot and cold water, has a door that <br /> does not close automatically, has linoleum floor and vinyl cove base, and soap and paper towels. Inspections by the <br /> Department of Rehabilitation Business Enterprise Program occur every 3 months. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
