SA-92-36 OF L & S WINGER <br /> (C/O LODI VINTNERS, INC; J.V.G. ASSOCIATES, INC. ) <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to change the use <br /> of an existing building at a winery from a bottling plant to a <br /> canned goods labelling and repackaging plant. The project site <br /> is located on the south side of Woodbridge Road, 2100 feet west <br /> of State Route 99, West Frontage Road, north of Lodi. <br /> At the Planning Commission hearing on July 2 , 1992 , the applicant <br /> requested and received a determination from the Commission that <br /> the proposed use is a permitted use in the AG-40 zone. The <br /> proposed use was classified as an Agricultural Processing Use <br /> Type, which requires an approved Use Permit application in order <br /> to permit the use. The Site Approval application that was <br /> submitted will be converted to a Use Permit application and <br /> scheduled for a public hearing by the Planning Commission on <br /> August 6, 1992 , subject to payment of $1, 175. 00 by the applicant <br /> for the difference in application fees. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and will recommend to the Planning <br /> Commission that it be approved, subject to the following <br /> recommended Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. <br />
