s <br /> -2- <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1 . This approval shall be for the sorting and shipping of <br /> damaged canned goods within an existing 60 'x 120 ' warehouse. <br /> 2 . The facility shall only process those canned goods that have <br /> been purchased from canneries. <br /> 3 . There shall be no outdoor storage of canned goods, pallets, <br /> or equipment associated with the approved use. There shall <br /> be no outdoor activities associated with the approved use. <br /> 4 . The applicant shall secure a Business License prior to <br /> issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy and initiation of <br /> the approved use. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance <br /> Code) <br /> 5 . An Improvement Plan, showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading, shall be submitted to the Development <br /> Services Division for approval. Storm drainage shall be <br /> retained on-site and provisions shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. (Section 9-10002 of the Planning Title) <br /> 6 . A minimum of seven (7) automobile parking spaces shall be <br /> provided for the approved use. The spaces shall be <br /> installed and designated prior to issuance of the <br /> Certificate of Occupancy and initiation of the approved use. <br /> Parking details and locations shall be consistent with <br /> Section 9-3702 of the Planning Title and be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> 7 . One off-street truck loading spaces shall be required for <br /> the approved use and be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> (Section 9-3705 of the Planning Title) <br />
