06 April 2012 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 95-0184 <br /> Page 7of7 <br /> Soil vapor samples will be collected at the influent from the extraction wells during the first <br /> four weeks of operation on a weekly basis. Samples will be collected at monthly or on more <br /> regular intervals following one month of the operation of the IAS/SVE. The samples will be <br /> collected in Tedlar bags and stored in a cool container and transported under chain-of- <br /> custody to a California-certified laboratory for analysis. Each vapor sample will be analyzed <br /> for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-g) and volatile organic compounds <br /> (BTEX/MTBE) in accordance with in accordance with EPA Methods 8015m and 8260, <br /> respectively. <br /> 3.5. REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Remediation reports, along with the ongoing semi-annual ground water monitoring reports, <br /> will be prepared presenting the findings from SVE/IAS remedial activities. Additionally, a <br /> supplemental report will be prepared summarizing the findings of the above proposed <br /> remediation. Reports will include a description of work performed and the results of the soil <br /> vaporand ground water monitoring/sampling/analysis. Conclusions and recommendations <br /> will also be included in the reports, if applicable.
