Samples would be obtained via the <br /> Hydropunch II system. We also would obtain an undisturbed soil sample from the <br /> capillary fringe for total lead analysis. PCE analysis would be performed by the EPA <br /> 601 method. The soil sample would be analyzed for total lead by the EPA 6010 <br /> method. Groundwater would be analyzed for dissolved lead by the EPA 239.2 <br /> procedure. <br /> All aspects of the work which are not detailed in this letter will be performed in <br /> accordance with our referenced Workplan and County standards. This letter and the <br /> referenced Workplan would be on-site during our field activities.
