The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for YOSEMITE PETROLEUM as of May 14, 2020. Open violations from January 29, 2020 inspection Violation #101 - Failed to obtain a permit to operate from the EHD including but not limited to unpaid permit fees. OBSERVATION A permit to operate the UST system has not been issued. REGULATION GUIDANCE: No person may own or operate an UST unless a permit for its operation has been issued by the local agency to the owner or operator of the UST system. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a permit to operate a UST system from the EHD. An "Operating without a Permit' penalty applies. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #111 - Failed to test monitoring and leak detection equipment every 12 months. OBSERVATION Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing were previously performed in September 2019 and was completed on 1/29/2020, 4 months past due. REGULATION GUIDANCE: These tests are required once every 12 months. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #123 -Failure to submit the "Spill Container Testing Report Form" within 30 days after the test. OBSERVATION: Annual spill container testing was previously performed in September 2019 and was completed on 1/29/2020, 4 months past due.
