The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for NATIONAL PETROLEUM MANTECA as of December 16, <br /> 2020. <br /> Open violations from September 21, 2020 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#306-Water in secondary containment not removed,analyzed,and properly disposed of(pre-Jul <br /> 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION:Approximately 3 cups of liquid was observed in the 91 STP sump. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed all liquid from the 91 STP sump. Ensure that all sumps <br /> and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#318-No spill bucket,failed to contain 5 gallons, no means to keep it empty,or failed to be <br /> tested. <br /> OBSERVATION: The B20 biodiesel direct-bury spill container failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br /> containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is <br /> repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> If the spill container can't be replaced immediately,there is a possibility that the biodiesel UST system may be red <br /> tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br />
