Any unauthorized releases at the site are unknown by <br /> KEI, except as evidenced by elevated TPH in the soil <br /> and benzene in the groundwater beneath the removed 1000 <br /> gallon gasoline tank described above. <br /> II. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> A. Vicinity Description: The site is on the southern side of <br /> Grantline Road within Tracy City limits. See attached <br /> sketch. <br /> B. See attached Location Plan for site vicinity description. <br /> C. Tanks: One 1000 gallon gasoline tank. <br /> D. See attached site plan for site details. Borehole locations <br /> will be decided during drilling. <br /> III. FIELD WORK <br /> A. Drilling Information:. <br /> 1. Type of Drilling - hollow stem continuous flight auger, <br /> 1 8" diameter. <br /> 2 . Depth of Boreholes: 13 to 15 feet <br /> Groundwater is anticipated at approximately 12. 5 feet <br /> below grade. Boreholes will be drilled to <br /> approximately 1 foot below first groundwater so that <br /> water samples can be collected . <br /> 3 . Drilling is tentatively planned for the third week of <br /> September 1988. <br /> 4. Soil samples will be collected at five foot intervals <br /> I beginning at a depth of 5 feet and will continue until <br /> the first water table is encountered.
