A map to the hospital is attached. The <br /> directions to the hospital are: <br /> A. Exit site and head west on West Grant Line Road toward Tracy Boulevard <br /> B. Turn Left onto North Tracy Boulevard (South) <br /> € <br /> C. Make a U-Turn at West Eaton Avenue <br /> D. Hospital is at 1420 North Tracy Boulevard <br /> 4 1` <br /> 11 <br /> 2.2 First Aid . <br /> I� <br /> At least one employee on site will have sufficient first-aid training to address.injuries anticipated <br /> on the job site. Injured employees requiring hospital treatment will be transported to Sutter <br /> General Hospital, accompanied by at least one other person. <br /> A first-aid kit will be maintained in a weatherproof container at the job site at all times.
