Personnel will undergo medical examinations as follows: <br /> Initial: Pre-employment/prior to any assignment involving work in a hazardous or potentially <br /> hazardous environment. The initial examination is used to establish a baseline picture of health <br /> against which future changes can be measured, and to identify any underlying illnesses or <br /> conditions that might be aggravated by chemical exposures or job activities. <br /> Periodic: At least once every 12 months to measure changes in health status. <br /> 12 - <br />
