Grant Line Rd. <br /> Tracy, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has not been <br /> informed of or received any reports of quarterly monitoring of the monitoring wells <br /> at the above referenced site since the URS Corporation report dated December <br /> 7, 2000, for water samples collected October 31, 2000. <br /> California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2652 (d) <br /> requires that until the investigation and cleanup of the site are complete that the <br /> responsible party submit reports to the local agency at least every three months. <br /> The reports are to contain the results of all investigation monitoring, method of <br /> cleanup to date, proposed cleanup actions and a time schedule for implementing <br /> the proposed actions.
