A sufficient number of soil samples must be collected and analyzed from each of the three borings to <br /> provide the data to show the lateral and vertical extent of soil contamination above and below <br /> groundwater. <br /> 2. Monitoring wells 4 and/or 5 should be drilled to 25 feet deep and constructed with 20 feet of screen so <br /> that water from 15 to 25 feet is investigated as well as first water to 15 feet below surface grade. <br /> 3. Submit to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division(F-HD) a copy of the access agreement <br /> from the off site property owner where the wells are proposed to be placed. <br /> 4.
