TreadvvelERcAlo <br /> ' 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> ' The Site property is located at 541 West Grant Lane Road in Tracy, California (Figure 1) The <br /> 16 acre property is an elongated strip of land approximately 126 feet wade by 593 feet long <br /> (Figure 2) The site is generally flat with ground surface elevations between approximately 21 to <br /> 25 feet mean sea level Currently, the southern portion of the Site, along West Grant Line Road, <br /> ' is developed with a single story commercial building and adjacent paved parking lot (Figure 2) <br /> The building was constructed in 2001-2002 and is currently occupied by Sherwin Williams and <br /> ' other tenants The northern portion of the Site is undeveloped and has a storm water basin with <br /> an approximate dimension of 46 feet by 150 feet Mr Tom Brenkwitz is the current owner of the <br /> ' property and building <br /> ' 2.1 Site History <br /> ' The site history is based on review of historic aerial photographs, documents, and drawings from <br /> the City of Tracy and interviews with various individuals as noted in the following sections <br /> t2.1 1 Aerial Photograph Review <br /> ' Available aerial photographs reviewed included coverage for the years 1957, 1982, and 1993 <br /> (Appendix A) Based on the 1957 aerial photograph, there are several homes surrounded by <br /> ' landscaping located along the eastern side of the Site(Appendix A) In addition, there are what <br /> appear to be several vehicles on the north end of the Site possibly associated with a ranch to the <br /> ' west The surrounding area is predominantly rural farmland with more residential homes located <br /> to the southwest closest to the City of Tracy <br /> In the 1982 aerial photograph, the homes located along the eastern side of the Site have been <br /> removed There is only one small building located onsite at the southwest corner of the property <br /> Similarly, the 1993 aerial photograph shows the same small building on the southwest corner of <br /> ' the Site, in addition to what is believed to be a large truck or trailer parked behind the building <br /> (Appendix A) <br /> 1 <br /> Site Assessment Report 3 21 May 2403 <br /> ' TREADWELL&ROLLO,INC. <br /> i <br />
