Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study 1rerracon <br /> Manteca Farm Improvement _, Manteca, California <br /> October 29, 2019 Terracon Project No. NA197073 <br /> 1.1.4 Site Map <br /> A detailed site diagram map is included in Appendix A (Exhibit 2). <br /> 1.2 Present and Past Uses of the Site <br /> 1.2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> Terracon reviewed the USGS, Manteca California Quadrangle topographic map dated 1913, four <br /> historical aerial photographs dated 1937, 1952, 1963, and 1975 provided by the San Joaquin <br /> County Surveyors Office, and GoogleEarthTm aerial photographs dated 1993, 2003, and 2019 to <br /> establish a history for the site. The following table is a description of the site based on the source. <br /> Table 1. <br /> Historical Information. <br /> Year Source Description <br /> 1913 Topo Undeveloped and/or agricultural land. <br /> 1937 Aerial <br /> 1952 Aerial <br /> 1963 Aerial Developed with vacant land and/or agricultural row crops, an irrigation canal <br /> 1968 Topo along the western boundary, and rural structures along the northern boundary. <br /> 1975 Aerial <br /> 1993 Aerial Developed with an orchard and approximately four buildings. <br /> 2003 Aerial <br /> 2014 Aerial Developed with the existing buildings and layout. <br /> Based on a review of the historical information, the site consisted of undeveloped and/or <br /> agricultural land in 1913 and was developed with rural structures, vacant land, and/or agricultural <br /> land from the 1930s through 2003 when the existing facility was developed. <br /> Selected copies of the historical information are included in Appendix B. <br /> 1.3 Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br /> 1.3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> There are two septic systems currently on the site.
