Ms. Nunez indicated the existing office building, associated septic system, and a pump house <br /> are proposed to be demolished in April or May of 2020. Ms. Nunez indicated the existing shop <br /> and greenhouses will remain in use. <br /> As no additional septic systems are proposed to be added or removed from APNs 197-040-07 <br /> and 197-040-08, upon approval from Ms. Nunez, the parcels were not included in the SSNLS <br /> work scope. <br /> 1.1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> Brunswick Road borders the site to the north followed by rural residences and agricultural <br /> buildings (5175, 5261, 5341 Brunswick Road and 13979 Highway 99 W. Frontage Road). <br /> Highway 99 W. Frontage Road and State Route Highway 99 border the site to the east. The <br /> SJDC Manteca Farm agricultural land and/or orchards (14621 Highway 99 W.
