The project site is not located on a site which is included on a list of hazardous materials sites compiled pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5 and. as a result would no;create a s gnificant hazard to the public or the envircnment. The applicant proposes to slaughter a maximum of one(1)animal per day.The renderings from the slaughter will be collected,and taken to Sisk Recyclirg in Company Turlock,California immediately after slaughter Additionally, the slaughterhouse will be subject to the regulations of the California Department of Food and Agriculture.
