The applicant must comply with a new ordiance to be adopted by CSD regarding the <br /> Fats , Oils , and Grease (FOG) and Title 5 ( Santiation and Health) regarding the discharge <br /> of FOG into the sewer system . Attached is a draft of the FOG ordinance . <br /> 2 . The applicant shall enter into a Stormwater Management Agreement with CSD . <br /> 3 . All Catch Basins shall include CSD ' s approved filters . No Stormwater shall enter <br /> MHCSD system without onsite filtration . <br /> 4 . The applicant shall provide the following water meters to the Site : <br /> a. The main meter shall have " low flow" capability to the property . <br /> b . The applicant shall provide individual meters to each property/tenant as needed . <br /> Each meter shall be tied to an APN . <br /> c . If there are common use areas , like landscaping or fire , the meters shall be tied to <br /> one specific APN . <br /> d . Grant Avenue shall have separate meters at each connection point . <br /> 5 . The County should contract with a landscape architectural firm to review the in4ract <br /> landscaping design . In the past, the County had used Oliver John Partners for this type of <br /> service . Onsite landscaping shall be consistent with the Offsite landscaping and in <br /> accordance to the MHCSD landscape design guidelines . <br /> " To Provide Responsive Service to Our Growing Community <br /> That Exceeds Expectations at a Fair Value" <br />
